How does licensing work?
Each product uses a license key (format: BTA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) tied to your machine. One license = one installation. No per-user or per-asset fees. The license includes 12 months of updates.
Are there per-user or per-asset fees?
No. Every product is flat-rate pricing. Whether you have 5 users or 500, 10 assets or 10,000, the price is the same. We believe security tooling shouldn't penalize you for growth.
Can I add BASzy or services later?
Yes. You can start with CVEasy and add BASzy at any time - we'll prorate the difference for the remainder of your billing period. Services such as penetration testing and custom agentic AI builds can be added as a separate engagement whenever you need them.
Do you offer demos?
Yes. Contact our sales team to schedule a personalized demo where we walk through the platform on your own data. We'll help you understand which products and services fit your organization's needs.
What happens after my license expires?
The products continue to work, but you stop receiving updates and new detection rules. You can renew at any time to resume updates. Your data is never lost or locked.
Do you offer educational or non-profit discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts for educational institutions and registered non-profits. Contact our sales team with verification and we'll create a custom quote.
